My time at Bowen Works was fantastic today! I extend my sincerest thanks to Joe for squeezing me in before his departure. I experienced released tension that I didn’t think was possible. I still can’t even quite describe the difference I felt in walking and singing after Joe helped me to apply the Alexander Technique. I hope this is something I can build upon on my own moving forward.
