Betsy has been a Bowen Technique practitioner for over 12 years. She works with clients providing some of the best pain relief offered in central Pennsylvania.  Always striving to learn, Betsy became a Craniosacral Therapist (CST) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2016.  

She has studied under the guidance of Alastair McLoughlin in Scar Tissue Release work as well as Joel Crandall learning the Voila Method.

With over 27 years of experience in the fitness industry, she continues to serve the community by teaching SilverSneakers®, group fitness, and yoga classes in the Carlisle area. Betsy's knowledge as a certified Personal Trainer adds to her ability to help and guide clients towards improving their overall well-being.

Bryan Hixson is a graduate from Lancaster School of Massage. He brings a therapeutic approach to massage therapy and genuinely wants to make a difference in someone's personal care.

Bryan was first introduced to massage therapy while a professional ballet dancer and is constantly seeking and learning modalities to help people with their pain relief.

Tabitha is one of the owners of Carlisle Bowen Works. She has had a passion for helping people through Occupational Therapy training, CNA certification and Bowen technique. Tabitha first learned about Bowen Therapy in 2013 by visiting Carlisle Bowen Works and experiencing the relaxation benefits and pain relief. 

Avi is a skilled Psychic Medium, Energy Healer and Soul Shaman. She specializes in womb wellness, trauma healing and soul integration. Her mission is to assist the masses in healing, being rooted in peace and shining brilliantly.

Avi Crysale began intuitively reading Tarot and Oracle in 2017 and Akashic records in 2019. She is a Reiki Master and has been attuned to Reiki since 2019. She is excited to be at Carlisle Bowen Works as a practitioner and offer her unique set of expertise alongside our talented collective.

Elaine is a gentle Reiki Master Practitioner who is committed to promote healing, balance and
well-being through the ancient art of Reiki. She is also certified in ReikiVoice, and Lotus Light Reiki, a new  transmission of Reiki energy empowering a higher level of consciousness.

Additionally, she is attuned to Angelic Light Language, TM Meditation trained and a certified yoga instructor.
Over the years of sharing Reiki, Elaine has learned that while Reiki can be subtle, it truly is powerful in the way it supports healing. Having been diagnosed with cancer in 2022, Reiki sessions helped facilitate the healing process during her treatments and recovery afterwards by calming her mind and body which allowed for deep relaxation, stress reduction and pain relief.

She lives her days with more balance, clarity and awareness which help her focus on maintaining her overall well-being. It is Elaine’s truest heartfelt desire to share all that she has learned to assist her clients to cultivate a deep sense of calm, clarity and peace in their everyday life.

Bobbi Lynn is a holistic health professional and writer dedicated to helping others cultivate self-love and deeper self-awareness. Certified in various healing modalities, she currently specializes in Hellenistic Ancient Astrology. As a trauma-informed practitioner, she draws from her own lived experience with PTSD to create a safe, supportive, and vulnerable space for her clients. Bobbi Lynn offers natal chart readings as well as monthly and yearly horoscope readings on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.

Nancy Bittinger is the previous owner of Carlisle Bowen Works and has been helping people heal from pain for over 30 years. Since her first day in massage school, Nancy has spent her career learning how to help people rid their bodies of pain.

​​Recently, Nancy created a healing center called Moringa Sagrada which is located in Ecuador. She will continue to be available virtually for Emotional Clearing sessions and Psych K appointments.
